
Deborah Martin
Music Director - The Life
Deborah Martin is a Founding Member and former Artistic Director of 4th Wall. She spent 11 seasons as MD for the NJ Shakespeare Festival (now the Shakespeare Theatre of NJ). She served as MD for the Fire Island Pines Arts Project (Little Mary Sunshine and Dames at Sea with Charles Busch). Off Broadway Credits include Inside Out as MD. Her work with the Montclair Operetta Club (MOC) includes Evita, JC Superstar, Kismet, Cabaret, and Pirates of Penzance as MD. She made her Carnegie Hall debut in 1992 in John Rutter's Requiem ( on the viola--- composer at the baton.) She composed The Princess, The Poet, and The Little Grey Man (book by Joseph Robinette) which was published by Dramatic Publishing Company. Recent 4th Wall shows she has served as MD include: I Do! I Do! Dessa Rose, Philemon, The Rink, and NINE.
